My
favourite Michelin Restaurants
Which is the best of all? The
best ever was Robuchon (previously called Jamin) in
Paris but Joel Robuchon retired several years ago, so……
……since a number of people
have asked me, I have listed below my entirely personal
sequence of preference from top to bottom with my favourite
being Louis XV and my least favourite the shock-effect
food of El Bulli. I have yet to go to the 3 stars
new since then, though if I was rating the New York
Bernardin and Jean Georges in this list they would be
very near the bottom (Bernardin might actually be bottom).

Inevitably your views will differ,
so try them for yourself and make up your own mind!
I have yet to visit the three
